Our clamping devices are not designed for precision but for clamping force. We compensate for the inaccuracy of the clamping by the correction of the zero point directly on the workpiece before beginning of the machining. This concept is ideal for automated robot production. As a result, the costs of the clamping devices are considerably lower!

In addition to the clamping device, a pallet for the zero point clamping system is required. We use the ITS-148 pallet system from EROWA, where we manufacture all pallets ourselves with original EROWA system parts. Ask us if necessary.
